Energy Cuisine

A Houston chef is catering to his customers, perhaps like none other. He and his Finnish colleague have spent so much time cooking for oil industry patrons, they have created a cookbook based on the dishes these specific patrons love most.

The book, “Energy Cuisine” hits bookshelves in late October. David Denis, chef at Houston’s French Restaurant Le Mistral, authors the cookbook along with friend Jani Lehtinen.  Both chefs say they have served numerous energy executives during their travels both in America and abroad.

“Energy Cuisine” combines the dishes these patrons loved most and stories of the chefs’ travels around the world.  The book is available on and retails for around $37.
